[CD] Unable to train commands to adopted dog

When I try to train my adopted puppy to heel the progress bar doesn't move and my sim just stares at the puppy while the puppy sits there. The action in the bottom left corner moves and when it is fully green it doesn't complete. I have to cancel the action.

I have no CC or mods.

    • What platform are you playing on ?
    • Does it work with a non-adopted dog
    • Does going for a walk work normally for you ?
    • What traits does the dog have ?
    • Did you test another adopted dog to see if they have the same issue ?
