Photo Booth/Graduation Pics turning black when places from Gallery/Library

The photos that are turning black look normal in the gallery. It’s only when I install them leave the lot and then returned to the lot that they have turned black. A couple of rooms are in my library, but most of the rooms are in the gallery because for some reason. (And I think I reported this previously) some of the rooms when I tried to upload them, would only go to the gallery, but would not appear in my library
