I want to add that Memorial Portraits from the library/gallery are also affected.

They look fine if I save them (in a room) to my library but go blank as soon as I place them back into the world. This prevents me from transferring my memorial portraits from older save files to my new save files.

Today I was able to get my memorial photos back by locking and unlocking them. Really weird.
