Photos and autographs in Game are white

I Play on PC

I have all the Major Packs and some of the Kits but not all of them.

My graduation from university, several autographs from celebrities and a Photo Booth Photo from prom are just white blanks instead of images. The texture seems to be Missing from them? This is so weird as it does Not happen with Photos taken in Game.
