Photos are Being Blacked Out after Upload to Library (Post 1.119 Patch)

I discovered after loading up my game today that every single photo in my family keepsake box had turned black since my last save. I was able to recover all photos from a yesterday backup, and I used the recommended advice and moved each photo to a room, then uploaded the room to my library. Now, if I place the room down, about 25 photos are blacked out, no matter how many times I save the room. This occurs in all saves, new or otherwise, though the photos show completely fine in the gallery thumbnail before placement. 

Included photos show the correct photos in the gallery thumbnail, vs the blacked out photos when I place the room. This is in a completely new save, after repairing my game and clearing the cache.

Ironically, it seems to mostly affect game created photos, like for instance Cherished Memories portraits, university graduation portraits, prom photobooth photos, etc. To lose these would be devastating for me as I have about 4 generations worth of couple photos and graduation photos that are being destroyed. While I still have the photos backed up in that backup save, I have no way to ensure they don't get deleted again.

This is particularly annoying as this bug was ostensibly fixed in the last patch. I had no issues with black photos prior to today.
