photos have been going black for so long!! when will this be fixed??? i uploaded ten photos from my dying sims inventory into the new photo frame from the forever friends quest and theyre all gone!!

This is also affecting Sims 4 University. My sims graduation photo was literally a black rectangle (never did show a photo of my sim)

Same here, they stay until you leave the game. Next time you log in, poof! Photos are blacked out.
I've had this happen before. Many times. It sucks so much that ive given up on pictures.
This also happened to me, I keep my mods turned off when playing events and use a save file that I've never had them on for. When I played week 4 of the Forever Friends event, I noticed the pics I had put in the photo frame from week 2 had turned black. I removed them and replaced them with new pics. I wasn't using the reward photo frame, I was using one from the Moschino stuff pack with 3 slots.
