Photos still turning black

I play on xbox one, sims is fully updated, 88+ add ons, plenty of storage left. (I have one TB of storage and barely use 11% of it)

 My photos placed in inventory, on the wall, or inside the digital photo frame from the challenge, all keep turning black. I save as soon as I finish taking the photos and after I’ve placed them. The next time I log into my game they are blank!
