Photos turn black and paintings turn white

This issue has been marked as fixed in another thread and it certainly is not.

It should need no explanation as several bug fixes have come out for it that don’t work.

Saw your reddit post, so sorry for you. Without a doubt this bug is one of the most devastating that I have seen in any game in my gaming life (35 plus years), just terrible.
Good luck, you won't find here anything of assistance or helpful by the Sims Team. The only thing, as you may already know, besides to stomach the absurdity and the lack of seriousness by the ones that can fix this, is to upload your pictures to the gallery and/or put them in your inventory. Maybe, just maybe, it won't happen gain.
