Picker interaction EA bug with sofa

Issue
Sofas and loveseats are losing normal interaction options. When I click certain loveseats or sofas, the only option available is Nap, and standard sitting interactions are missing. This also generates Last Exceptions tied to picker_interaction.py. I can reproduce it when loading into a household and when returning from Build/Buy. This appears to match the current verified EA bug report for loveseats and sofas throwing picker interaction errors and sometimes only showing Nap.
What I tested
Happened with mods installed.
Also happened without mods, so this is not only a mod issue.
Mods may still add extra noise, but they are not required for the core loveseat problem since I reproduced it in vanilla as well.
When mods are loaded, the same bugged seating objects can also generate picker interaction errors.
I delete localthumbcache.package regularly between every session.
I tested different seating objects, and the issue is not limited to one single couch, although it seems more common with lounge style sofas and loveseats.
What the LE shows
My Last Exception repeatedly points to picker_interaction.py:1287 while the game is generating interactions for seating objects. In my file it hits an ottoman, an ornate loveseat, and a sofa, with no save errors and no load errors reported.

All of them throw the same RuntimeError generator raised StopIteration in picker_interaction.py:1287.

Summary
This appears to be the same verified loveseat and sofa bug currently being tracked by EA, because I can reproduce the missing interactions and Nap only behavior even in vanilla. Mods may add extra noise, but the core issue is still present without them.
