Pictures taken are black!

Console: PS4

 Whenever I take pictures using the camera, my pictures turn black. I've tried saving it right after but it does nothing. Had a picture room of my children as the grew and came back to a room full of black pictures. Please fix this as I really do like taken pictures of my families as they grow. Thank you
