I need help figuring this out or help to fix this.
I'll go into the game and load my save file.
I'm currently trying to make a room for my sims butler, the room is created, now I just need to add a roof on top of the room, when I select the Gabled Roof piece, and I go to place it, my game freezes, the music stops and my game closes going straight to desktop...no error pops up and my steam/EA windows don't popup automatically...it just goes straight to desktop closing my game completely...
If I don't place the Gabled Roof piece, my game runs normally with no issues, I have cleared my local thumb cache and cachestr...I restarted my pc, went back into the game and tried the roof again but the same issue happened.
I looked up on google to see if there was a fix, I saw four people had the same issue as me back in 2021...but I didn't see a resolve for it...
I just tried to put a different roof on the room (Half Hipped Roof), and it worked, no crash...but now it won't let me put a different roof pattern or trim on the Half Hipped Roof...what on earth is going on????
