Play Tea Set from Wonderland Playroom Not working

I bought Wonderland Playroom from the Market Place a while ago. When I click on the play tea set, the only option to show up is to make it a heirloom. 

I play on PC. I do use mods and CC, but I have tried it in a vanilla game and it does the same thing.
