Possible Bug, Household Autocreates Upon Computer Use

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in?: English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Lastest Patch.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, except Enchanted by Nature
Steps:  How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on ANY computer. Then go to Manage Household to check.
What happens when the bug occurs? A complete new random Household it's created, usually a family, one of them it's always a Stylist/Fashion Photographer it seems. Also, it seems they have a hidden relationship bit with active Sim. (found out throught a mod).
What do you expect to see? Not a new random household everytime I click on a computer.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes but not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes.

After july patch 1.116.202.1030. (Now my game it's all updated anyways).

Okay, so I did noticed first with my mods installed, after I manually clicked any computer or laptop (just for the interactions to appear), a new household was created. It's not tied to any particular interaction, it's when clicking immediately.

For example: MCCC logs shows this: Created household with filter_computerChat_Style_Influencer_Freelancer_Fashion_Photographer

So, I did the 50/50 check of my mods. None of them were the problem. Cleared all caché always. Then, I did a completly new save in a new folder (resetted). 

First I tested with only MCCC, same thing, a new household it's created. Then, I took out MCCC, proceeded with the new folder/save and manually checked the Manage Household screen to see if one apperead after I clicked of a computer, and yes, there was a new household and it was a Stylist or whatever. 

I did notice this part in the report of the early July patch:

• [EA Forums] [Partial Fix] Fashion can be anything, but some Sims were taking it too far. Sims in the Style Influencer career now wear more appropriate accessories to work. This is a partial fix for the larger issue of Sims having questionable fashion choices in various situations. More to come!

So it could be something in there? I don't know if this it's intended for the new pack and I'm just lost or it's a bug. But I'm afraid if it will create a household all the time, this will bloat the game insanely.
