Post death condolence phone call triggers parenthood pop up
Packs: All EPs, GPs, SPs, some kits.
Mods: Minimal; MCCC (with very few settings changed), UICheats, and a few bug fixes.
Version: PC 1.116.232.1030 I believe, definitely at least one post Enchanted by Nature patch.
Not my game, but I volunteered to report it as I'm familiar with this forum and it was very frustrating and happened twice in a row, shortly after a long sequence of dramatic in game events that had everyone stressed, and we had it recorded on video.
Context for/description of clip: a household member (Dill) had died earlier that day, his brother (Dandelion) called his daughter in law (June), with a little message popping up next to the phone offering condolences on her loss and inviting her out to a restaurant for breakfast to talk about it. When the phone call was picked up, we instead got a character values parenthood school incident pop up regarding one of the household's school age kids. Within a minute, we got a second call, from the same sim, with an identical message. Again when the call was picked up, a character values pop up appeared.
Here's a clip of the second occurrance, as it happened live on stream.

We're presuming this is a bug, as it seems WILDLY coincidental for those to come through at the exact same time twice in a row like that.
I know that standard operating procedure is both A) to only take reports from the person whose game it is, and B) to take out mods and try to replicate, but given how this seems near impossible to recreate without developer tools, there are minimal mods involved, and we have video of it happening, it seemed worth reporting, as the phone call seems like something that might only happen rarely, (no one in chat had ever encountered it before) and so chances to report the bug might be slim.
If needed I can get a list of the installed mods.
Again, I know this post isn't standard operating procedure, but it was SO strange that I felt that someone should write this up and report it, and even if this is an imperfect report, it increases the chance of someone else who experienced it being able to chime in and confirm.
