Presaved game options doesn't save when logging back into game

Hi everyone

I play regularly on the PS5, every time I go on I need to resave my audio and controls legend options.Is everyone else having the same issues? 

Also since prior to the fairies update I've found the whole game really glitchy. Anyone else?
