[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

Hi everyone

I play regularly on the PS5, every time I go on I need to resave my audio and controls legend options.Is everyone else having the same issues? 

Also since prior to the fairies update I've found the whole game really glitchy. Anyone else?
