Problem with the game

Sul Sul! I've actually been having a problem with The Sims 4 since the last update. What's the problem? The game starts without a problem, but the problem occurs when selecting a family. When I select any family, the game loads, then kicks me back to the world selection screen. This isn't just happening to me. I asked a friend, and she replied that she was indeed having the same problem, and so was her friend. The problem persists after disabling the mod. 

 I don't like the fact that the game has bugs after bugs, and new add-ons are being released that, apart from making the game more interesting, also add a lot of new bugs, sometimes not visible at first glance.

    Do you have any mods? If you have, have you tried to start a vanilla save to check if the problem is still there?

    Hi QUWD​ 

    Since you have this issue even after disabling mods/cc, you need to check in a clean user folder.  The instructions for doing so are in this thread [START HERE] Crashing/Back to Map/Endless loading (Patch 117.221) | EA Forums - 12512130 that is stickied at the top of this forum.  I would suggest you share the linked thread with the friends you have that are also encountering issues so they will know what steps to take to troubleshoot their games as well.
