Problems loading household – possible corrupt save on xbox

Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing an issue with The Sims 4 on my Xbox. When I try to load a specific household, the game freezes completely and I am unable to enter the household. I have tried the following without success:
Clearing local save data on the console
Reinstalling the game
Loading the last saved game from the cloud
Reducing the number of Sims in the household
The issue occurred after the latest update to The Sims 4 and I believe the household may be corrupt. I would like to report this and see if there is a way to restore or repair my household.
