[PS] Can't go up or down floors

To all these comments I’ve been having the same problems on my ps4 I can’t go up if I go down I can’t go back up if I use cheats it goes white and I have to start all over again , 

Still having the same problem as well two weeks later. Still no update or change on what they are doing about it. 😒

Also having this issue but on pc.

So, it’s been about a month. Is there any head way in fixing the problem of me not being able to build and upstairs? Cause i can go don but i cant go down. That’s frustrating because i want to build a second floor on my house. Or at least put a roof on the house, and i cant do that because it wont let me go up. So what are your solutions?

I now have a second house where I am unable to use a stairwell.  This time it is the basement stairs.  This is a house I've been working on for two weeks.  I used to be able to use the basement stairs.  But then I uploaded the house to my private gallery and downloaded it in Gibbi Point.  Everything that was in the basement disappeared except for the walls and stairs.  Ever since that happened, I cannot get my Sims to use the stairs in this build, no matter where the house is located.  I tried to rebuild the basement and the room that the stairs are in on the first floor.  I placed the house with MOO. I tried removing all objects near the stairs as well as walls. No mods currently in use.  I did not update my game on 3/24 or thereafter. 

I can't use d-pad down arrow to go down a floor, I can go up. When pressing down it goes up instead. So when playing and building I am dependent on having a sim on 1st floor to navigate between the floors and down after I have built roof or other floors, meaning when building I need a sim on the lot and go back and forth between live and build mode. 

Only right and left arrow works when taking photos

Can't use d-pad to navigate cas or build buy catalogue or inventory. It happened after the April update. 

Still having the same problems as when i started this thread. Still can only build on level house and sometimes i can put a room, but cant go back to move it.  Still can only go down then gets stuck in basement, cant even put stairs to go back up. I have to leave the world and come back.

I’m experiencing a bug in The Sims 4 on PS5.

In Build Mode, I can toggle wall visibility and switch between floors without any issues.

However, in Live Mode, these functions stop working. I can press the buttons, but nothing happens. The walls remain unchanged, and I cannot switch between floors.

This issue only occurs in Live Mode, as both functions work normally in Build Mode.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate and fix this issue.
