[PS] DLC installed but missing in-game

So, I went to play my game and a lot of my packs where gone I've tried restoring my license and everything undownlaoding the game and redownloading everything they're just gone....im really upset abo...

Hi all,

Are any of you still experiencing issues accessing your DLC, or is all your content available in-game now?

This is still happening to me too. Even though I have all of them downloaded, when I try to resume game it says I'm missing pretty much all of the packs.
