Ps4/Ps5 Lover Sims now siblings

Had a sim adopt her boyfriends daughter so she'd have a mother. Later that night could not make the couple have romance interactions. Opened profile and it says he's her brother. Full love bar, been dating a while now, and now their siblings.   I have not been able to fix it. Reloaded prior save files before she adopted her and tried again, same issue. Have never had this happen before as i just did Alice's sorrow and my sim adopted Edith. He then started dating Alice and I added them to my household and I had her adopt her daughter and they are engaged and have a daughter of their own now. This was literally like 2 days before this bug started with this family. I'm nervous to even play my main household.
