PS5 - Gallery & Natures Calling Event Errors

Hey,

As I've seen with other PS5 Users, the sims 4 will keep repeating an error message* saying that my device is not connected to the internet, either when trying to claim the Natures Calling Event rewards or trying to access the Gallery (using the prompts on the home page, as there is no way to access the gallery in game)

I can confirm that this is not a connection issue with my device, as I am able to access the internet through other games, meaning this is likely a Sims 4 specific issue.

Please try fixing this, as there is no way we are able to collect the Nature's Calling Event Rewards, nor access the Gallery.

    This is how my problems started, too. I eventually tried restarting the game, but that didn't help.

    Now, when I load into my lot, two messages pop up: "Items removed. One or more items may not be installed on your console or you do not own this content. Two build mode items have been removed. Three build mode items have been substituted" and "Items removed. One or more Create a Sim items have been removed. The items may not be installed on your console or you do not own this content." These messages turned out to be in regard to the event rewards I'd collected so far. The reclaimed workbench reward is gone from the lot and the event wooden flooring has also been replaced. The event swim trunks are also gone from my sim's outfit.

    The event UI is no longer present, either. No icon in the corner, no tasks.

    I'm playing on console (Xbox) and have restarted both the game and console many times to no avail.

    The same thing is happening to me, and it's very annoying. I can't claim any rewards...
