Purchases not registering

I am unsure how to explain this but I'll try... 

Normally when you make a pack/kit/game purchase on EA it will then register with a tag that says in my library and disabling the purchase button, I assume this is to keep track and not accidentally purchase the same pack/kit a second time but now its not doing either of those things nor is it showing in the manage downloads section for repair/uninstalling etc. I would like to make further purchases but at this time it is kind of difficult due this bug/issue. I have contacted EA support via chat before and tried the recommended fixes but nothing worked.

I will try to attach a photo of one of the most recent kits I've purchased, you will see I still have the option to purchase this kit.

  • Calodi​  Did you buy the content with moola directly with money?  The EA App doesn't know anything about in-game purchases, so you'd still be able to buy the content there after using the Marketplace.

    If you did pay with cash, do you see the new content in your game?  If so—it shows up as owned in the EA App and in Sims 4, and the content loads—then this might just be a caching issue.  (The Manage add-ons section of the EA App is mostly in alphabetical order but not entirely, so you might need to go through the whole list.)  In that case, please clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer, then look again.

    If you don't see the content in-game, and it's not simply deactivated under Marketplace > My Collection, please list all the affected DLC.

    I think with MOOLA but I can't remember tbh. I also noticed the items in those kits are no longer functioning. I will try the APP cache and see if that corrects the issue thank you.
