Rain can be seen indoors

This has been going on for a while, idk in what update it happend, but outdoor rain and snow can be seen inside my sim's homes. The floor does not get wet or create snowpiles, so it doesn't effekt the inside, but I really don't want to see rain inside my sims houses.
