Random outfits appearing when leaving CAS

If I edit a sim in CAS and press 'done' my sim gets a randomised outfit on the category I left them wearing. No matter what I do they just keep appearing.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
