Hi, I am the original poster.
It turned out the problem was caused by one of Scumbumbo's mods (Unlisted Numbers). I took it out and repaired my game and now all the festivals work as they should, the Ravenwood ones as well as the Komorebi ones.
I really should have tested my mods before posting there. I apologize.
