to save time wasting, i have already done the following: 

uninstalled and reinstalled the game

repaired the game 

cleared the cache

do not have mods installed 

deleted the stylist twice 

debugged the chair

is there anything that can be done? since EA are too lazy to resolve issues and make people do forums instead of being able to report a bug properly.
