Re: Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math) - Status changed to: Delivered

Households that receive a bill with an owed value that's positive (a refund) can now pay bills, allowing the refund to be processed and the bills to be marked as paid.

Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
