I had the same glitch and went through my mods to figure it out. Turns out it was a CC crib I had that was for toddlers. Once I removed that the glitch stopped happening. Don't know if you have that specific CC item but if you do I would try removing it!
I had this problem with the infants glitching out! It was the toddler crib mod! I deleted it and the infants father just placed the infant into the crib and its the cutest thing ever ♥

No I got rid of it when I did my full Infant Crib and stuff dump. It’s all working for me now and the only invisible crib cc I use is from Severinka_ on The Sims Resource. I am still adding Infant and toddler cribs/beds back to my game.
