Re: Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

I've actually never had this happen on a save file before, but now that it is happening in this one - it continues to keep happening.  When I started a new save - I did not have the issue again. 

In this save, any photos left in the Moschino digital frames turn black, except for the one it was live displaying when I saved.  All paint from reference lose their images as soon as they are placed in / pulled from inventory, or at the next log in if I drag them straight to a wall.

I do have all of the packs/kits.  I mod, but have had the same set of mods for the entire time, with the issue with both the paint from reference and black photos only happening on the newest save.
