I completed the first objective of the first week, but when i went to do the "A Call Away" task, it's gone. I did end up getting the letter in the mail but when my sim went to read it, the interaction disappeared and nothing happened. I am on PC.

Still an issue for me too. Tried the suggestions but nothing is fixing it. :( I hope I don't lose out on the event. I'm on PC. I only got to plant the flowers and ask one person about ambrosia before they disappeared.
