I have been having problems since the reaper rewards came out. I login in to my game and it said I had some points to use already and unlocked some of the rewards. then glitched out and now i can't finish this week's event. It does not give me any task to complete and I never got to complete the newsletter one. I've repaired my game, I have no custom content or mods in my game either. I was so excited about the reaper rewards and never have any major bug problems in my game so I have no clue how to fix it.
