Ideas
I completed the first objective of the first week, but when i went to do the "A Call Away" task, it's gone. I did end up getting the letter in the mail but when my sim went to read it, the interaction disappeared and nothing happened. I am on PC.

I know this is a really common topic at the moment,
But my reaper rewards events is still not working. I have tried to repair my game, I tried a new save, I also tried playing a different household like a lot of people have said but I haven't been able to fix the game.
I don't play with any mods or custom content. I still have yet to receive my letter in the mail and it doesn't show me anything else except where I see the rewards I've collected so far. Has anyone been able to solve this problem yet?
