The update didn't fix the issues for me. I am at a loss, I can't even find a way to make a formal report (unless this is it?) But the quests aren't showing up, and its not even giving me the week 2 quests. I have the progress tracker thing, but I can't do anything other than see how many points I'm stuck at.
Please someone help me, I am so frustrated :(

I'm having the same exact issue. I tried doing everything recommended, including removing my mods, repairing the game, starting a new save, deleting the accountDataDB file. Nothing I've done has fixed this, so I'm in the same position. I just want to be able to get the rewards :(

Me too. Nothing changed with the update. Still not showing tasks.

I'm having the same issue. Mine stopped working last week. I was hoping with the patch things would start working but I can't access the "A call away" challenge, thus I'm stuck.

Me too, unfortunately. I've tried every fix I could think of, and still stuck midway through week one cause I decided to exit to main menu and come back when I first played. RIP rewards. It sucks that this is happening for those of us who actually *want* to do the challenge. (My screen looks identical, btw. Little chibi, but no tasks.)

Remove accountDataDB.package, then the quest should show up.

How do you do that?

Sadly, I have attempted this and it unfortunately does not work for everyone. The only thing this did for me was make me spend unnecessary time clicking and closing out the screens for every add-on pack like it was a brand new install ... and still, no quests for reapers rewards. Just the points I've already achieved. Even removed all of my mods and tried it.

Same. Week one questions popped up along side my date goals and holiday goals on the left side of my screen but once week 2 opened, I see only the same screenshots that you posted. There is nothing to click on to accept the quest. I've summoned grim a few tims and my sims have made it 50% on the friend bar/conversation bar and can hug Grim, but I don't know if I'm supposed to max that out to get credit or not.

I feel the same way. I've been trying to get the reapers rewards since the 1st week and could not get past the Ambrosia Newsletter. This issue sucks Llama PlumBobs ... FR.
I'm an avid Sims player ... I've literally been playing the Sims games since the mid 90's when it was just Sim City, and I can honestly say that this little Reaper's Rewards issue is the most disappointed I've been in the 20+ years I've played it. The thing that really bites about it is that I've tried all of the fixes I've located online and NOTHING works ... and can't even escalate the issue because there's no way to really do so.
I really hope they plan on compensating the players for the attempts and time spent. Out of all the rewards offered, I only saw maybe 5-7 items that caught my interest. All this effort of logging in and attempting to try to find a work around just to end up without progress is just irritating beyond belief -- and for this to be the ONLY game I play actually says a lot. Me bad-mouthing the Sims feels like pure Blasphemy ... but I SAID WHAT I SAID!
I hope they remedy this because if not, it's truly going to change my whole perception of this franchise. I've literally purchased EVERY pack from Sims 1, Sims 2 and Sims 4 (And only have a selected few of Sims 3 as I hated most the sims 3 game style).
