Hello, I am making a new discussion post because a lot of the grim reaper posts have been marked as "fixed" but my game is most def not fixed. Like others from the past, my ambrosia letter was delivered successfully to my sim. I opened and read the letter, then all of my quests at the top left of my screen disappeared. little grim reaper is still there but none of the quests are. When I click on grim it just sends me back to the rewards page for the event, there I can confirm that I have only completed the first event from the first week. Everything else is still open but not showing up on my screen. I have tried repairing my game, I have moved to a new lot. I have started a new family. Nothing is working. The last reward I have received is the cook book.
I do not use mods at all. I uninstalled my game and deleted my saves, reinstalled the game and started anew. My event progress is still the same (stuck in week 1), my sim doesn't get the ambrosia mail ( I have once already done that but the progress started going on a loop on the first week after I did all the tasks) and now my event progress is stuck. The update did not fix the issue what so ever. I have also tried repairing my game several times on EA app and that does nothing... :(
