I seem to have a problem with this free event.
Already started last week on week 2 mission 2.
the sims diamond that should be in the left corner is gone. checked several times and have asked for help at EA's support but they referred me here.
I have restarted the game, checked if there was an update and renamed the folder. Nothing works.
They say that there are more people who have problems but do not know if it has been solved for anyone?
I need help!
