I have noticed this issue is happening a ton but I only see fixes for PC, not console.
I can not access Reaper’s Rewards at all for Week 3. There are no plumbobs in the upper left corner to indicate the tasks that need to be completed, only a small icon of the Reaper that lets me see the rewards when I click it. This has been an issue the whole week.
It seems most people are able to solve the problem by deleting a folder but I can’t do that on a PS5 and I’m worried I’m going to miss my window to get the available items this week.

Yeah, I’m sorry to hear you’re having the same issue! I think you might be in luck because it seems like people have been finding solutions for PC gamers. The main one I’ve been seeing that could help you is to go into your Sims folder and delete (or temporarily remove) the file labeled “accountDataDB” and see if that solves the problem. Won’t work for me but I hope it helps you!

Seems like there's a semi-effective fix for PC users right now but if you're using console like me, we're SOL so far. Another user in this thread suggested I add to a master thread about this issue so they can hear from more console users so if you fit that description, I also recommend adding your input there. I'll attach the link in case you're up for it.
I’m having the same issue on PS5 for week 4. The time stamp on Reaper Rewards tab says 0m 0s but, no event quest are loading. I’ve quit the game and restarted and also hesitant about deleting the game.
So…not sure if this is a fix or if it just worked for my game. My save still had MoveObjects active even after restarting the game. I deactivated all cheats, saved and reloaded again. Then the week 4 event finally became available.
So glad to hear this worked for you! I was excited to try it out when I got up but it doesn't seem like it did anything for me. Oh well! Really appreciate you sharing what worked for you regardless.
