Yeah, I’m sorry to hear you’re having the same issue! I think you might be in luck because it seems like people have been finding solutions for PC gamers. The main one I’ve been seeing that could help you is to go into your Sims folder and delete (or temporarily remove) the file labeled “accountDataDB” and see if that solves the problem. Won’t work for me but I hope it helps you!
