I have noticed this issue is happening a ton but I only see fixes for PC, not console.
I can not access Reaper’s Rewards at all for Week 3. There are no plumbobs in the upper left corner to indicate the tasks that need to be completed, only a small icon of the Reaper that lets me see the rewards when I click it. This has been an issue the whole week.
It seems most people are able to solve the problem by deleting a folder but I can’t do that on a PS5 and I’m worried I’m going to miss my window to get the available items this week.

It is now October 22nd, and I still can’t do any of the quests unfortunately!
