I have the same problem as everyone else. My bar is blank all of a sudden and before it went blank I couldn't complete the ask the spirits about ambrosia task.. Maybe it's because I already had a pack containing the seance table. Food for thought

If so, try removing accountDataDB.package, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If that doesn't help, please post in that master thread saying that deleting the file didn't work.
If it does help, and you're willing, please provide the file. You can upload it to a third-party filehosting site (e.g. Google Drive) and link it here.

Having the same issue here. No problems until week 3, and now I can't even see the quests or complete them. I tried repairing the game file but no luck.
** Update 10/11 FIX **
I was able to fix my issue by going to buy more, searching for the Green Lady’s Tome, buying it, and then requesting that my sim read it. Once I did that the quests popped up as usual and I could complete week 3.
I'm on PC and having the same problem :( Every week it seems like a new issue with this event!
I am very frustrated about this because i was in my last quest which was catching an angelfish so when i traveled to the fishing spot all the quests disappeared, i didn't think much of it, i only realized it was broken when i caught the fish but i didn't get the notification.. i was so excited about this event, let's hope they fix it.
Catching an angel fish was the last step of this week's quests for me and you said it was also the last step for you. I got credit for it when I stopped fishing, even though I didn't actually catch an angel fish, and that ended the week's quests so I don't have a plumbob any longer. It sounds like the same thing happened to you. My guess is that fishing in the Crawdad Quarter neighborhood of Willow Creek was the actual requirement.
The Reaper's Rewards panel in my game shows that I completed all quests for week 3, so I expect the quests for week 4 to show up on schedule. I think you should expect that, too, unless your Reaper's Rewards panel says you haven't finished.
I doubt that The Sims 4 bug fix team is only working on PC fixes for these problems. The last update (Oct 1) included fixes for PC, Mac, and Consoles and I expect that will continue to be the case.

Check your Reaper's Rewards panel. If it says All Quests Completed, then I don't think you have anything to worry about. Something similar happened to me, except I haven't even caught an angel fish yet, so I suspect the actual requirement is just to go fishing in the right neighborhood.

I too have the snapdragon/lily bug. No mods though I have used in past. Doesn't matter if I use a new household. I can't proceed with the event. I am so ready to quit the Sims. This should have been fixed. I have no solution but hope someone does or EA fixes it before the event times out. Super disappointed and I have been playing since The Sims came out.
In my case this didnt work, even if I remove this file... still nothing changes in the game. In my opinion it's so lame that they don't do anything with it and we have to deal with it..
