Reeper's rewards are broken still

I have been stuck on week two's tasks for weeks now. I have created new saves, tried playing with only base game, and cried many times. The prompts just stopped coming and I cannot fix it at this point. 

EA, PLEASE!!!!!! I am an avid player of the sims 4. And missing out on these reeper's rewards is so heartbreaking. HELP <3
