Its April 20 and I'm having this issue too. I'm in CAS on Xbox series X and randomly generated tattoos keep showing up and i literally cannot remove them. Ill click the X to remove it, move to a new outfit and it reappears. Its actually super annoying and frustrating, its happened to every single new save i make and its ruining the experience. :/
