As a landlord, the leasr agreement days do not go down, it just resets itself. Rent is never given, not even an option. I've had this scam of a game for over a year which I cannot get a refund for. I've been reading about this "bug" that dates back almost three years ago and it seems that its never going to be fixed but still being advertised.

If there isn't an active thread for some of the bugs you've pointed out, please feel free to create a new bug report for each unreported bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc.
