[RGSP] Wishing Well Ghost child turned back to human/No more ghost children

First Error: Had a ghost child (made in CAS, death by drowning) and had her wish on the Wishing Well for life. She was resurrected, but the notification said she "felt alive for a moment" before being made back into a ghost. But she was alive. She wasn't a ghost anymore. She also had a negative moodlet stating close to the same that the notification said. She no longer had any ghost interactions or ability to haunt.

Second Error: Had a ghost sim wish for a child on the Wishing Well, with the Wishing Well set to death outcomes through embedded cheats in the game, and received a notification about "having to raise a ghost child." The ghost adult sim also received a negative moodlet stating close to the same as the notification. The child that was created by the Wishing Well was not a ghost, nor had any ghost interactions.

Also: When I had a child wish for youthful vigor without any cheats enabled, she was randomly changed into a ghost with a notification stating "Sonya can stay her current age for ever and ever. This is what she wished for, yes?" This interaction seemed to work.
