[RL] Sims keep dropping sword on foot (even at high lvls)

I am not sure how much of a bug this is but it does seem strange that all my Sims keep dropping their sword on their foot even when they have a high level in sword fighting after their practice dummy session (up to lvl 10).

You'd think that a sufficiently high level sim would finally be able to catch the sword when they throw it into the air at the end of their practice session at the practice dummy. However, I don't think I have ever seen a different outcome than them impaling their foot with the sword. Very silly and not in the fun way.
