The cheat + repair resolves it for awhile for me. Sometimes have to do it again. Replace the names in cheat below. If your sims have more than 1 first and/or last name it won’t work. Use cas cheat to give them just one first and last each.

Does this cheat fix romance satisfaction, or does it just fill the romance bar?
Just the romance bar :/ there is at least one trait that make romance satisfaction decay slower, and you can use cheats to add that- you may need to cheat the associated skill too - and that may help.
