Royalty and Legacy & Adventure Awaits not working

i just bought the two new-ish packs and they are not showing up in worlds, build and buy, cas and actions between my sims, i feel like i just wasted $103 but i cant do anything about it, i wish i knew of this bug before i bought the packs because it sucks not being able to use the money i just spent. how long as this been going on?
