Royalty making me unable to view career/university panel

Basically my sims father was not married to my sims mother when they had kids and the father was in the royal career, after he and my sims mother got married the royal titles were rightly applied to their children and everything was fine until i looked at 2 of my sims career panels. One was in the undertaker career and the other is in university but as the photos show I cannot view their career panels properly instead it just displays their title and not their careers, I've tried repairing the game, extending the tab and so on. It's important to note this is a 7 sim household and all of them either have a career or are in school and all of them are fine except these two. It makes it very difficult to figure out what my sims need to do to progress in their careers/schooling and very frustrating, I am out of ideas. This is a second gen of a legacy save and really don't want to start over if possible. I have no mods currently installed.
