[S] Flower arrangements with fresh ingredients greyed out due to low funds

My Sim has the required fresh ingredients for the flower arrangements, but currently has low funds. The option to create higher value flower arrangements is greyed out because of the low funds.

EDIT: Clearer screenshot above to replace earlier one to more clearly show the issue. For clarity, I can confirm that this occurs both when the flowers are in the Sim's personal inventory and when in the Flower Arranging Table's inventory.

Can confirm that I have tested without mods/cc and this issue persists.

Without the Use Fresh Ingredients tag on, the menu correctly states that the Sim doesn't have the funds as this is meant to not take into account the flowers that the Sim has. Shown below:

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Does it work if you remove the use fresh ingredients tag or also not ?

Think this was reported before but cant' find the thread atm.

This also seems to occur in [EBN] for Apothecary cures too. This might not be a bug though as it doesn't have a Fresh Ingredients tag.
