Can't find an existing report on flower arranging specifically, so that is why I submit a new bug report for it.
Flower arranging is not in the likes/dislikes of a sim in CAS. There will also never be a pop-up asking to add it to the likes or dislikes.

crinrict I didn't do it because I thought likes and dislikes are a base game feature. But flower arranging is Seasons of course. I will try my best to add them.
